Section 01

Registration & Admission

पंजीकरण एवं प्रवेश
  • Admission is open to all, irrespective of class, creed and community.
  • Applications for admission of candidates should be sent to the Principal on forms supplied by the school with the prospectus, on payment of ₹ 200.
  • The entrance test assesses children's abilities in English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science relative to the class applied for. There are no prescribed textbooks.
  • The Principal reserves the authority to grant or to refuse registration / admission for any class.
  • Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Parents are requested to pay 12 months' fees and conveyance also.
Section 02

Withdrawal

  • At least one month's notice in writing is required to withdraw a student from the school.
  • The school may withhold transfer certificates and report cards in cases of rule violation.
  • Mid-session departures require full term-fee payment.
Section 03

Discipline

अनुशासन
  • Strict regularity and punctuality, obedience in words and deeds, cleanliness of dress and proper care of books and school property are expected from every student.
  • Fines may be imposed for damage to property.
  • Valuable items should not be brought to school; students assume responsibility for losses.
  • Conduct expectations extend beyond school premises — with disciplinary consequences for misbehaviour outside the gates.
  • Medical certificates are required for students with contagious diseases.
  • Poor attendance, negligence and insubordination will face serious punishment.
  • Running in the verandas or shouting in the class or school premises is strictly forbidden.
  • Daily diary is mandatory and must be carried by every student.
  • Homework must be completed and submitted on time.
  • Damage to furniture incurs Principal-authorised fines.

General Instructions for Parents

  • Complete the student profile form accurately with all contact information.
  • Use the daily diary for parent-teacher communication.
  • Submit the homework notebook regularly for correction.
  • Ensure regular attendance; notify the school of any absence.
  • Avoid sending children to school with expensive jewellery.
  • Attend parent-teacher meetings regularly; encourage your child to participate in competitions.
  • Exclude oily, spicy and junk food from the school bag.
